First Pass Edit, Kathy Plett

A big to Kathy Plett for reviewing a draft version of the first 3/4 of Courtesan Prince, with directions to hunt problems. She's a librarian and indexer, well read, and one of those rare people who encourage others in their unreasonable ambitions without getting half the credit for it that she deserves. That's why I am publicly embarrassing her, here. :-)

KP, as Kathy is affectionately known by her staff at the library of the College of New Caledonia, said kind things about getting a "preview" but it is I who am in her debt for the sound advice about revision goals--which though few were all valuable--and the many details I will now be able to catch before our editor sees them.

Kathy also keeps a site of her own, called TechnoBiz, which chronicles fun and serious Internet "finds" of interest to her college clientele.

... and she's promised to write a book review for Throne Price when it is "out there" in the world on Amazon.com or some such thing.
